In this workshop we choose to sail in the vast unlimited sea of the unconscious, following charted and known routes. However, we do so while maintaining a willingness and openness to respond to the beckoning of an unexpected wind.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h1 align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">About workshop:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>\u00a0<\/em>This workshop is an opportunity for creative exploration\u00a0 of our shared and personal unconscious.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Through the body, which holds our collective as well as our personal memory, we can activate a link to the unconscious and discover many gifts .<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Through natural movement, improvisation, breathing, rhythmic reading, vocalization, singing and writing, we will give shape to our own personal interpretation\u00a0 of\u00a0 ourselves of our dreams<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">This workshop offers us the opportunity to understand our common roots, to experience a heightened awareness of our true selves and to increase our sensitivity in communication with others.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>About Mario:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"\/public\/grundtvig-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-151\" title=\"Mario Fraschetti\" src=\"\/public\/grundtvig-4-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"thatre trainer - Grundtvig workshop - artistic director\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mario Fraschetti is the Artistic Director of the avant-garde Centre for the Performing Arts, Teatro Studio, founded by him in 1986, in Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy. Mario is also Master of Aikido, an adept in Greek mythology, a writer and a performer. He directs plays in Italy, Germany, France, Egypt and the USA. He has also collaborated internationally with a great variety of painters, voice coaches, dancers, Qigong and Feldenkrais instructors in presenting and facilitating diverse workshops. He sees theatre as a vehicle for political and social awareness in the tradition of Augusto Boal\u2019s Theatre of the Oppressed.\u00a0 In his home province of Grosseto, Mario has worked as an actor and performer in traditional and experimental\u00a0 theatre, mime, street theatre and children\u2019s theatre.
